DISTRICT FOUR
Luce, Chippewa, Mackinac
District Four broke off from the U.P. Trapper’s Association several years ago and formed their own organization called Northern Great Lakes Fur Harvesters. The U.P. Trappers Association considers district four “Vacant” but because of the importance of supporting and belonging to a local trapping organization we are suggesting that those trappers living in Luce, Chippewa, and Mackinac counties consider joining NGLFH. They are very active and have a lot of good people within their organization. We want you belonging to an organization that is fighting for your rights in your area. If you would like to be more directly affiliated with the U. P. Trapper’s Association, an option is to join one or more UPTA districts along with supporting NGLFH. Several of our members belong to both UPTA and NGLFH. Northern Great Lakes Fur Harvesters Membership Form can be found on our website “Join Page.”
